Our Pre-selection services will provide your company with fully processed and segregated CV’s. Our consultants will send you applications that are segregated according to your specific instructions and the job description. This service will provide you with additional time to contact, interview and screen only the candidates that fulfil your requirements.

The process

1. Verification of all incoming responses to your job advert (additional press advertising is optional)

2. Pre-selection of candidates (based on their applications) and typically the candidates are divided into three groups: 

  • candidates that fulfill the job requirements in full, 
  • candidates that partially fulfill the job requirements, 
  • candidates that do not fulfill the job requirements

3. All screened CV’s are then sent to the Client within specified time-frame


More pre-selection services
Additionally, JOBS.PL consultants provide pre-selection services in conjunction with phone interviews; our consultants phone interview all of the candidates from the 1st group who meet the job requirements and provide further candidate screening. A short report on each of these candidates is included in the screening.
