INDIRECT COMMODITY MANAGER (EMEA REGION)

The objective of position is achieving year-on-year improvement in total cost, quality, and service for a portfolio of assigned indirect commodities for EMEA Region.
 
 
This position will be responsible for developing, refining and implementing the sourcing strategy using input from the sourcing team and regional business leaders.
 
Manager will conduct regular business reviews with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of the supply base and monthly report to senior management on key performance indicators within the supply chain.   
 
Manager will also establish working relationships with other functions within the company, bringing a strategic sourcing perspective to all key processes as well as identify strategic sourcing best practices and drive these best practices into the strategies.
 
 
The ideal Candidate should be experienced in working in strategic sourcing or project management in international environment.  Possessing knowledge of indirect commodities is required, (preferable: MRO, Facilities, Utilities)

Fluent English is the must to communicate internally and externally. We expect University degree.
 
Candidate should be strong team contributor, comfortable in cooperation with cross functional and multi-cultural teams.

The Position is located in Katowice but our Client is open for partial home-office.
