What does the role involve?

• Supervising a small remanufacturing shop in the auto-electronics arena,
• you will have the chance to turn-around a new business.
• You will lead and support manufacturing activities to deliver productivity improvements and cost down targets.
• Explaining our repair procedure & other options available to customers will also be part of the role, as will invoicing for jobs and giving updates on customer items.

What is an ideal candidate like?

• The right candidate will be proactive and ambitious as there are great opportunities for career development within BBA-reman.
• They must have proven managerial experience, with a strong financial aptitude and good organisational and analytical ability.
• We are looking for someone with the ability to take a strategic view when required, as well as the ability to get into the detail and drive day-by-day progress when appropriate.
