Heidi’s growth on these markets is the result of a successful combination between the launch of Heidi’s new product lines, distinguishing the brand as an innovator in term of products and recipes, and its communication campaign. Presently the company employees 320 people with marketing and sales resources in their main markets.

Key Account Manager

Your role will be:

• To put in place a mutual business plan with leading retailers and convenience channels
• To present the assortments and the innovations to customers
• To negotiate the yearly contracts
• To develop together with our marketing department POS support and to implement them at the POS level in various countries
• To use the market research and market insight information from the respective markets in order to improve our competitive situation by bringing new product and communication ideas
• To contribute to the profitable growth of our international retail customers by developing the clients and distributors portfolio
• To develop together with the international distributors the best sales channel policy

Who supports us in acquiring and developing new and existing retail customers mainly in the Polish market but also in the neighbor countries markets (Slovakia, Czech Republic)

Your profile:

• 4-5 years of key account management experience within (international) FMCG companies
• Languages: Polish, English and preferable Slovak/Czech
• Willingness to travel abroad (max. 30%)
• Self motivated and performance oriented account manager, who likes to work in a fast developing company
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
