Job description

Reporting directly to the International Sales & Marketing Manager at the Danish Head Quarter this is a broad and varied opportunity within a structured and very sales driven organization.

Your main objective is to develop the Polish market and a range of markets in Eastern Europe. You will be responsible for implementing the strategies and individually manage all tasks and the workflow from the initial contact with the customer to the delivery and the payment of the goods.

Proactive client search, opening new accounts, gaining market share at store level, order processing, payment collections, implementation of in-store branding and participation in events with selected customers are just few of the diverse tasks that the position offers to the right candidate.

You will initially be the only Actionsportgames employee in Poland and you will work from your own home. The job will require a significant number of travelling days both weekday and weekends (mostly in Poland) as you will visit both Polish and international customers. You will take part in several local airsoft events and further attend international exhibitions
such as IWA in Nuremberg, Germany.

You will for business purposes be provided with one of the very famous ASG branded cars


Key Qualifications


  • You have minimum of 5 years of Business-To-Business management and sales experience from previous positions.
  • You have a relevant commercial education.
  • You can secure new business and develop existing business accounts
  • You are a good communicator and a skilled listener
  • You know how and when to close the “deal'.
  • You speak and write fluently English, Polish and Russian.
  • You are familiar with Windows Office package, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel

Additional beneficial Qualifications for the position


  • Strong knowledge of airsoft and airgun related products.
  • Experience with direct international sales to retailers of all sizes.
  • Sales experience selling a wide assortment of products to BTB accounts.
  • Area Sales Manager (Eastern Europe), based in Poland
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (previously Navision Attain) or a similar financial management program.
  • Other language skills could be a strong advantage.
