Responsibilities

Support eyewear production in an optical manufacturing lab.; Learn assigned tasks such as preparing lenses, supporting lens processing and coating, assembling eyewear, or inspecting finished products.; Follow work instructions and quality standards to process orders accurately.; Inspect lenses and frames and report quality concerns.; Follow safety procedures and keep your work area clean and organized.; Work with your team to meet production goals while maintaining quality.

Requirements

A willingness to learn new skills and follow established procedures.; Paid while you are trained; Attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, quality work.; The ability to stay organized in a fast-paced production environment.; Dependability and the ability to work your scheduled shift.; A collaborative approach and clear communication with teammates.; Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or optical experience is welcome, but not required.
