21GRAMS- Senior Account Executive

Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing team! 21GRAMS, part of Real Chemistry, takes an innovative approach to advertising, and focusing on making healthcare more human. Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and expectations; Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive strategies that align with client goals and objectives; Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates to clients on financial status; Anticipate risks and proactively develop plans to overcome them; Understand the implications across tactical/business plans and interdependencies between workstreams

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field; 1-2 years of experience in Account Management; Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and guidelines (i.e., FDA regulations); Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts; Highly organized with strong attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adaptable, resilient, and OK with adjusting scope, responsibilities, and focus; Proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills; Highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines
