ABA Behavior Technician

Finni Health of Central Michigan is a small, heart-led practice that personalizes care for each child. We are looking for someone who doesn't mind getting down on the floor to play, getting messy with arts and crafts, and celebrating 'small wins.' The Behavior Technician works one-on-one with a child in the comfort of their own home, helping them learn life skills through the power of play. Day-to-day: being a play partner; building independence; cheering progress; learning together with a supportive BCBA mentor.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with a child in the comfort of their own home; Help the child learn life skills through the power of play; Use the child's favorite toys or games to help them communicate and socialize; Help the child master daily routines; Track progress and celebrate milestones; Learn alongside a supportive BCBA mentor

Requirements

High school diploma; At least a year of experience working with children (especially those with special needs); Ready and excited to sit for RBT Exam; Reliable; Own transportation; Comfortable being active (sitting, kneeling, and playing on the floor); Pass background check

Nice to have

Completed 40-hour RBT training course (preferred)
