Account Executive - Germany 🇩🇪

Doctrine is building Europe's leading legal AI platform. We are looking for several Account Executives to scale our commercial impact in the German market.

Responsibilities

Prospect and leverage inbound leads to build a strong pipeline of opportunities; Understand the challenges of your prospects, and build relevant go-to-market strategies; Run the full sales cycle, from outreach to demos, negotiations, and closing; Share insights and learnings from the German market with the internal Germany squad; Achieve monthly targets set by the company for your market

Requirements

Fluent in German; Experience in sales, especially SaaS sales; Hunter mindset and aim to exceed sales targets; Excellent written and verbal communication skills: listening actively and communicating with empathy, clarity, and precision; Extremely rigorous and detail-oriented; Strong sense of ownership and taste for challenges; thrives in demanding environments, motivated by performance-based incentives, appreciates an uncapped variable compensation; Travels within France may be required
