Account Manager - Bilingual Spanish/English (Remote/Dallas/Fort-Worth Area)

Later is seeking a Bilingual Spanish/English Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner supporting a portfolio of influencer marketing clients. Please note we are prioritizing candidates based in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area at this time. In this role, you'll own the success of a portfolio of influencer marketing clients, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable ROI and long-term value. You'll combine strategic consulting, campaign execution, and relationship management to help customers achieve their marketing goals. Internally, you'll guide Coordinators and Co-Ops on execution, mentor junior team members, and act as the voice of the customer to influence Later's product and service roadmap. This is a high-impact role at the center of our customer experience.

Responsibilities

Own customer relationships from onboarding through renewal; Act as trusted advisor by providing strategic recommendations; Lead strategic business reviews and campaign wrap reports; Oversee influencer campaign delivery from kickoff through reporting; Manage budgets, contracts, and deliverables; Mentor and coach Coordinators and Co-Ops; Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, Research, and Product teams; Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights; Identify risks and opportunities early; Contribute to evolving best practices

Requirements

Candidates based in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area prioritized; Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, written and verbal; 3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or social media; Proven success acting as a strategic advisor; Strong project management skills; Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills; Analytical mindset; Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members; Expertise with influencer or marketing platforms; Ability to become an expert in the Later Influence platform
