Responsibilities

We have an opportunity available for an entry level Accounts Assistant to join our team supporting our ANZ business.; Customer Service – handling account queries; Maintaining and reconciling customer accounts; Generating reports detailing accounts receivable status; Ensure timely entry payments and contact customers via calls/emails regarding outstanding balances.; Process and manage cancellations.; Investigate unresolved issues.; Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries

Requirements

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills; Customer Service skills – phone and email; An understanding of the AR function; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel.; Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload
