Responsibilities

Welcome prospective families and conduct needs-based admissions consultations.; Lead engaging campus tours and present facilities, curriculum, student experience and school vision.; Explain admissions, fees, safety, transport and academic offerings accurately.; Convert campus visits into applications and confirmed admissions with thoughtful follow-ups.; Organise open houses, orientations and parent engagement sessions.; Coordinate with inside sales, academics, finance and administration.; Maintain CRM records, application documents and visit-to-enrolment reporting.

Requirements

3–9 years in school admissions, premium education, counselling or relationship-led sales.; Excellent presentation, interpersonal and parent-handling skills.; Professional communication in English, Kannada and Hindi desirable.; Strong ownership of admissions conversion and parent experience.
