Adventure Tours Consultant

Adventure Tours Consultant required for an exciting Adventure Touring company who sell group adventure tours. You will have a passion for adventure travel, a wealth of first-hand travel knowledge and experience working in travel sales; including selling flights. Hybrid-working, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office in South London. 28-35k base salary DOE, in the first year around 5k comm, uncapped and will increase further as you develop in the role.

Responsibilities

Provide expert knowledge of worldwide destinations and tours; Inspire customers with enthusiasm for their adventure holidays; Provide exceptional customer service; Maximise sales opportunities, striving to achieve, and surpass set KPI’s /sales targets; Act as the point of contact for customer after bookings; Handle all pre-departure queries efficiently and professionally

Requirements

Passion for adventure travel; Wealth of first-hand travel knowledge; Experience working in travel sales including selling flights; Sound Geographical knowledge; Personal travel experience to a minimum of 3 continents; Sales experience is essential within travel; Passion for activity/adventure trip enthusiast
