Summary Description

Assist the Supervisor/Department Head with all aspects of the department while ensuring the proper and timely movement of freight.

Responsibilities

Customer Service; Customer Retention; Operation Handling; Vendor Relations; Assist with management of A/R and AJAX reports; Procedure and Productivity Standards Adherence; Accurate and Timely shipment processing & Billing; Address and Resolve Exceptional report daily; Other tasks as per job requirements and as being assigned by company

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in Ocean/Logistics/Shipping/Freight Forwarding; University/College graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience.; Experience and understanding of ocean documentation processes is a plus.; Proactive with strong organizational skills.; Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).; Fluent in English.; Willing to work extra hours as required.; Well-organized, innovative, and self‑motivated.; Able to work in a team, under high pressure and tight deadlines.
