Educational qualification

B.E. / M.Tech in ECE, EEE, CSE or equivalent

Responsibilities

Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, Retrospectives) for two development teams; Coach teams on Scrum and Agile best practices, fostering self-organization and accountability; Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement initiatives; Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and roadmap alignment; Remove impediments and proactively manage risks; Facilitate cross-team coordination in a multi-site setup (Germany, India, US); Ensure transparency in metrics (velocity, burn-down, predictability, quality indicators); Promote DevOps and engineering best practices where applicable; Enable collaboration across hardware, software, and system engineering teams in the Energy domain; Guide stakeholders on Agile adoption and transformation practices

Requirements

Strong Agile/Scrum background; Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for multiple teams; Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or scaled Agile exposure preferred); Experience in engineering or product development environments; Ability to manage distributed/global teams; Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills; Excellent communication skills (working with Germany, India, and US teams)

Nice to have

Experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or Energy domain; Exposure to embedded systems, power electronics, or industrial systems is an advantage; Experience in Non-Automotive industrial product development environments
