Owns full-cycle recruiting strategy and execution for hourly and salaried positions while improving workforce pipelines and hiring quality.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions; Develop recruiting pipelines and sourcing strategies; Partner with operations leaders on staffing forecasts; Manage applicant tracking and hiring metrics; Coordinate interviews and hiring manager communication; Lead recruiting events and community partnerships; Improve candidate experience and employer branding; Track and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years recruiting experience; Experience recruiting in manufacturing or operations environments preferred; Strong communication and relationship-building skills; Experience with ATS platforms (Smart Recruiters) and recruiting analytics
