Responsibilities

Responsible for planning the purchase and supply of finished goods for resale,; Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to meet operational demands,; Process purchase orders and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery,; Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and product movements in SAP,; Analyze supply chain data and generate reports to identify cost-reduction opportunities,; Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve order discrepancies and expedite shipments,; Perform data entry and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance,; Monitor product quality and compliance with company standards and regulations,; Support after-sales operations by tracking product returns and warranty claims,; Prepare performance metrics and dashboards using available tools to track key supply chain indicators.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields,; Proven experience with SAP,; Advanced Excel proficiency, including expertise in formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis,; Previous experience with Power BI,; Advanced English proficiency,; Previous experience with international order flow processes.

Nice to have

Experience with inventory management systems and supply chain processes,; Knowledge of procurement practices and supplier management,; Proficiency in data analysis and report generation,; Excellent organizational and time management skills.
