Application Functional Support

This role operates within an Application Support Team, with primary responsibility for resolving all production-related issues associated with the Application in support of ALMT (Asset Liability Management & Treasury) operations:

Language Skills

- Fluent in English
- French is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide frontline support by diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues related to the application application and its ecosystem.; Collaborate with finance and IT teams to enhance system functionality and user experience; Document processes and provide clear instructions for the teams; Regularly update support documentation and create user guides; Incident management (analysis, resolution, communication)
