Architect Social Housing

A long-established Construction Consultancy are hiring an Architect with experience on Social Housing Projects. A core focus of the role will be to ensure CDM risks are mitigated during the design stages, as you will be acting as Principal Designer. You will work with other Architects and CDM Consultants as you look to mitigate CDM risks within the projects of their long-standing Social Housing framework. They have fostered client relationships over a long period of time and have an enjoyable office atmosphere, from which you would hybrid work from twice a week. The Architect Social Housing role The successful Architect will work on Social Housing projects, with a core focus on CDM Principal Design.

Responsibilities

Act as Principal Designer; Ensure CDM risks are mitigated during the design stages; Work with other Architects and CDM Consultants to mitigate CDM risks within Social Housing projects; Work on Social Housing projects with a core focus on CDM Principal Design

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience working within Architecture; Experience working on Social Housing projects
