Architect Social Housing

A long-established Construction Consultancy are hiring an Architect with experience on Social Housing Projects. A core focus of the role will be to ensure CDM risks are mitigated during the design stages, as you will be acting as Principal Designer. The successful Architect will work on Social Housing projects, with a core focus on CDM Principal Design.

Responsibilities

Ensure CDM risks are mitigated during the design stages; Act as Principal Designer; Work with other Architects and CDM Consultants to mitigate CDM risks within Social Housing projects; Work on Social Housing projects with a core focus on CDM Principal Design

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience working within Architecture; Experience of working on Social Housing projects

NEBOSH Construction; Membership with APS; Membership with IOSH
