Architect Social Housing

A long-established Construction Consultancy are hiring an Architect with experience on Social Housing Projects. A core focus of the role will be to ensure CDM risks are mitigated during the design stages, as you will be acting as Principal Designer. You will work with other Architects and CDM Consultants as you look to mitigate CDM risks within the projects of their long-standing Social Housing framework. Responsibilities

Work on Social Housing projects; Act as Principal Designer; Ensure CDM risks are mitigated during the design stages; Work with other Architects and CDM Consultants to mitigate CDM risks within projects

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience working within Architecture; Experience of working on Social Housing projects

NEBOSH Construction; Membership with APS / IOSH
