Responsibilities

Lead a group of Practice Principals and Team Leaders to ensure our clinics deliver exceptional therapy services and outstanding client experiences; Role spans clinical leadership, operational excellence, financial performance and people development

Requirements

A relevant allied health degree and registration as a health professional; Demonstrated leadership experience within multidisciplinary allied health teams; Strong clinical capability, with experience delivering evidence-based, goal-focused therapy in paediatric or early intervention settings; A track record of achieving clinical, financial and quality KPIs and supporting others to do the same; Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence, coach and inspire; Strong organisational, operational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites; Confidence in driving change, continuous improvement and innovation; High-level documentation, reporting and analytical skills; Required checks: Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, CPR & First Aid
