Responsibilities

Support the Director of Finance in overseeing the daily operations of the Accounting Office, ensuring accuracy, compliance and operational effectiveness; Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting activities, delivering timely insights that influence business performance and strategic decisions; Ensure the integrity of profit and loss reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls across the hotel; Lead internal, external and regulatory audit processes while maintaining compliance with Marriott standards, local regulations and financial governance requirements; Partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability and resource utilisation; Leverage technology, systems and analytical tools to enhance reporting capabilities and provide meaningful commercial insight; Coach, develop and inspire the finance team through open communication, performance development and recognition of success; Foster a strong accounting and operational control environment that safeguards assets, manages risk and supports sustainable business growth

Requirements

Mandatory EU permit; Requested experience in Marriott; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline; Experience building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability and engagement; Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution; Experience working within hotels or hospitality environments; Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills; A passion for continuous improvement, innovation and delivering results
