Assistant General Managers are responsible for cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations while they are working a shift.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age; High School equivalent education level; Assist with basic operations procedures; Experience in employee development; Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols; Excellent customer service skills; Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology; Proven ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team; Proven ability to problem solve and resolve customer concerns and/or complaints; Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills; Proven ability to set goals and set up plans to achieve them; Proven ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal; Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor (ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly); Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills; Physical requirements: Standing; Walking; Sitting; Lifting; Carrying; Pushing; Climbing; Stooping/Bending; Crouching/Squatting; Reaching
