As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures; Manage and motivate team members to achieve performance goals; Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally; Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies; Assist in inventory management and supply ordering; Participate in staff training and development initiatives; Monitor and maintain cash handling procedures and financial records; Collaborate with the store manager to implement marketing strategies and promotions; Maintain a clean and organized work environment; Assist in various operational tasks such as answering phones, taking orders, and food preparation when needed

Requirements

Experience leading a team; Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; Access to a reliable insured vehicle and valid driver's license; Willingness to work when the team needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; At least 18 years old; Strong math and problem-solving skills; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial management; Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment; Effective communication and team management abilities; Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends; High school diploma or equivalent; Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications; Demonstrated ability to make quick, sound decisions in high-pressure situations; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
