Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 5219 Dixie Hwy location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, including running shifts and managing employee performance; Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly; Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately; Assist in inventory management and supply ordering; Train and mentor team members to maintain high standards of food quality and service; Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies; Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance; Maintain a clean and organized work environment; Answer phones and process customer orders efficiently; Assist in food preparation and packaging as needed; Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and lead by example

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or retail industry; Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively; Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor; Solid math and problem-solving abilities for cash handling and inventory management; Proficiency in store operations and point-of-sale systems; Ability to multitask and make quick, decisive decisions in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license; Be at least 18 years old
