Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service; Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment; Create and manage employee schedules, balancing staffing needs with business demands; Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure proper cash management procedures are followed; Provide top-notch customer service and promptly resolve any issues or concerns; Assist in inventory management, including stock ordering and tracking; Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards; Participate in hands-on tasks such as answering phones, taking orders, and food preparation when needed; Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment; Collaborate with upper management to implement company policies and achieve store goals; Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members; Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance store efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with customers; Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills; Proficiency in basic math and cash handling; Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment; Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service; Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technology; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; High school diploma or equivalent; Knowledge of local food safety regulations and best practices; Familiarity with inventory management systems; Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods; Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure under pressure; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets
