Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment; Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation; Manage customer relations, addressing concerns and maintaining high satisfaction levels; Implement and maintain quality control standards for all products and services; Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing waste and optimizing stock; Assist in cost control measures to maximize profitability; Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment; Collaborate with upper management to achieve organizational goals and implement new initiatives; Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members; Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations

Requirements

Proven leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams; Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction; Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques; Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience; Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check; Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance; High school diploma or equivalent; Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems; Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining composure under pressure
