As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment; Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control; Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards; Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally; Assist in training and developing new team members; Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving performance and achieving goals; Handle cash management and financial reporting responsibilities; Maintain a clean and organized work environment; Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills; Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences; Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems; Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience; Clean driving record; Ability to pass a criminal background check; Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance; Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred); Previous experience in food service or retail management (preferred)
