We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our High Ridge, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow; Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards; Run shifts, including opening and closing procedures; Handle customer interactions and resolve issues promptly and professionally; Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records; Assist in inventory management and supply ordering; Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies; Participate in employee training and development initiatives; Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving store performance; Maintain a clean and organized work environment; Answer phones and process customer orders accurately; Assist in various operational tasks as needed, including food preparation and delivery coordination

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service environment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent customer service orientation; Proficiency in math and problem-solving; Ability to manage and motivate team members effectively; Solid understanding of food safety principles and practices; Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities; Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial management; Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; Food handling certification preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education is a plus
