Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 1966 Old Hwy 94 location in St Charles, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving store performance.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment; Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures; Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service; Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize store efficiency; Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices; Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally; Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities; Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and performance goals; Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork; Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety regulations, and local laws

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment; Strong people management and team-building skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and organization; Problem-solving and decision-making skills; Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service; Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems; Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (2 years experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older); Ability to pass a criminal background check; Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
