Responsibilities

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude; Proficiency in basic math and problem-solving skills; Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods; Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technology; High school diploma or equivalent; Food safety certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment; Demonstrated time management and organizational skills; Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations; Team-oriented mindset with a passion for developing and motivating others
