Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our 901 W Morton Ave location in Jacksonville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts efficiently; Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals; Ensure high-quality customer service standards are consistently met; Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately; Assist in inventory management and supply ordering; Maintain a clean and organized work environment; Answer phone calls and process customer orders promptly; Support the store manager in implementing company policies and procedures; Assist in training and developing new team members; Resolve customer complaints and address concerns professionally; Contribute to creating a positive and collaborative work atmosphere

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant or retail management, preferably in the food service industry; Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members; Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor; Proficiency in math and problem-solving for effective cash handling and inventory management; Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; Basic computer skills for order processing and reporting; Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail; Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers and team members; Experience leading a team of 3 to 30 people; Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; Access to a reliable insured vehicle and valid driver's license; Be a great role model; Willingness to work when the team needs you most, including weekends and holidays; At least 18 years old
