As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees to success.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures; Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards; Run shifts efficiently, ensuring timely food preparation and delivery; Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally; Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records; Assist in inventory management and supply ordering; Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies; Train and develop new team members; Maintain a clean and organized work environment; Collaborate with the store manager to implement strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction; Assist in scheduling and payroll management; Respond to and resolve operational issues as they arise

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry; Strong leadership and team management skills; Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor; Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills; Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment; Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency; Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices; Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications; Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods; Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; High school diploma or equivalent
