Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.

Responsibilities

Responsible for everything that happens during the shift; Cost control; Inventory control; Cash control; Customer relations; Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers; Manage anywhere from 3 to 15 employees during scheduled shift; Greeting customers and taking orders; Operating the cash register and collecting payment; Making consistent products within Domino's Pizza guidelines; Delivering product by vehicle from store to customer in a safe and courteous manner; Maintaining a clean and organized work environment; Maintaining a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Must have own insured vehicle; Must pass MVR screening and criminal background check; Experience leading a team; Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; Access to a reliable vehicle that is insured; Positive attitude and be a great motivator; Be a great role model and leader; Be punctual and have a great attitude with customers and co-workers
