As Assistant Manager, you'll be in charge of your shift, including making great pizzas, cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer happiness. You're the one setting the tone, following every policy, and inspiring your team to do the same. This isn't just a job, it's a launchpad. Many of our General Managers, Franchisees and Corporate Leaders started in the trenches as an insider or delivery drivers and worked their way up.

Responsibilities

Be in charge of your shift; Make pizzas; Manage cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer happiness; Follow every policy; Inspire your team; Learn to manage dough and make all menu items; Handle numbers and profits; Keep the store clean; Deliver top-tier customer service; Drive pizzas; Drive profits and achieve goals

Requirements

Must love to smile and treat people with respect; Must be 18 years old; Must have a valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle; Be ready to walk, climb, carry, and drive, sometimes in less-than-ideal weather
