Assistant Manager (1442) - Alamo, TN

As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for assisting with all store operations during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.

Responsibilities

Assist with all store operations during shift; Cost controls; Inventory control; Cash control; Customer relations; Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time; Assist General Manager with all store operations including staffing and scheduling, general administrative duties, maintenance scheduling and reporting; Safely operate all equipment; Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler; Prepare product to Domino's standards; Receive and process telephone orders; Take inventory and complete associated paperwork; Clean equipment and facility approximately daily; Make deliveries or assist on the makeline if necessary; Other job-related duties as necessary to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older; Must be able to pass a background check; Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report); Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area; Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings to deliver products if necessary; Must possess the ability to follow directives; Must be able to perform repetitive tasks; Must be able to work alone and well with others; Must be able to work well under stress; Must be able to meet strict quality control standards; Must be able to provide excellent customer service; Must be able to analyze and compile data; Must be able to make good judgments and decisions; Must possess excellent communication skills including the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers to process orders over the phone and in person, and communicate with co-workers in a professional and respectful manner; Must be able to walk, carry, and climb, including navigating 5+ flights of stairs; Must be able to drive safely and make deliveries; Must be able to stoop and bend; Must be able to reach continuously; Must be able to use hands continuously; Must have eye-hand coordination; Must have talking and hearing on telephone; Must have depth perception and near/mid-range vision; Must be able to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces; Must have far and night vision for driving
