As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key part of the leadership team, handling crucial aspects of store operations while learning through experience how to eventually become a General Manager one day or more! This includes leading and developing your team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining high product quality standards.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Must have valid U.S employment authorization; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks; Possesses motivational skills and enthusiasm; Demonstrates a friendly demeanor; Organized and efficient in time management; Works well with others and is able to work well under the stress of a high-paced environment; Standing and walking; Lifting cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds; Carrying bulk items, such as pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds, and trays of pizza dough; Forward bending at the waist is necessary; Reaching is performed continuously; Occasionally crouch or squat to stock shelves and clean low areas; Infrequently navigating stairs or climbing a ladder for maintenance; Pushing and pulling trays on dollies requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds
