Company Description: Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key part of the leadership team, handling crucial aspects of store operations while learning through experience how to eventually become a General Manager one day or more. This includes leading and developing your team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining high product quality standards. We offer unique paths for ambitious managers, including franchise ownership through our exclusive Management Development Program. Compensation: Our Assistant Managers are paid an hourly rate between $15 and $18.00 with bonus opportunity.

Handling crucial aspects of store operations; Leading and developing your team; Setting high standards for customer service; Maintaining high product quality standards; Learning through experience to eventually become a General Manager; Training and developing a team; Scheduling employees and placing store food orders/maintaining inventory; Ensuring exceptional product quality; Responding promptly to customer concerns; Maintaining proper image of store employees; Adhering to Team Sharma Domino's Policies and app usage; Ensuring store calls answered after first ring

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Must have valid U.S employment authorization; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks; Possesses motivational skills and enthusiasm; Demonstrates a friendly demeanor; Organized and efficient in time management; Works well with others and is able to work well under the stress of a high-paced environment; Possessing the ability to train and develop a team; Making sure employees on their shift come to their schedules, placing store food orders/maintaining inventory; Ensuring exceptional product quality above all; Responding promptly to customer concerns; Maintaining the proper image of all store employees; Adhering to all Team Sharma Domino’s Policies, included but not limited to the Team Sharma App usage 100%; Ensuring all store calls must be answered after the first ring
