Responsibilities

Assisting with all store operations during shift; Cost controls; Inventory control; Cash control; Customer relations; Setting the example and following all policy and procedures 100% of the time; Assisting the General Manager with all store operations including staffing and scheduling, general administrative duties, maintenance scheduling and reporting; Safely operating all equipment; Stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler; Preparing product to Domino's standards; Receiving and processing telephone orders; Taking inventory and completing associated paperwork; Making deliveries or assisting on the makeline if necessary; Cleaning equipment and facility approximately daily; Performing other job-related duties as necessary to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older; Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report); Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area; Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products if necessary; Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions; Must possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers to process orders both over the phone and in person, and successfully communicate with co-workers in a professional and respectful manner
