With more than 8,000 employees, Deloitte is one of the largest professional services firms across the Nordics. We help clients navigate complex business and technology transformations by combining deep industry expertise with leading capabilities in Audit, Tax, Advisory, and Consulting.
Are you passionate about the financial services sector and ready to contribute to high-quality audits in one of the most complex, dynamic and highly regulated industries? We are looking for talented audit professionals to join our Banking & Insurance team in Deloitte Denmark.
We serve a broad range of clients, from major Nordic banks and insurance companies to specialised financial services providers. Our work combines strong audit quality, deep sector knowledge and close collaboration as we help clients navigate complex financial reporting, regulatory and risk-related requirements.
Our Audit & Assurance Banking & Insurance practice brings together approximately 35 professionals. You will join an environment where quality and professional development come first, supported by structured learning, mentorship and exposure to challenging, real-world assignments. We value collaboration, different perspectives and an inclusive culture where people can contribute authentically and develop their careers.
Whether you aspire to become a state-authorised public accountant, deepen your expertise within banking or insurance, or build a broader profile combining audit and advisory experience, we will support your development. Join a community committed to continuous learning and creating lasting value for financial institutions across the Nordics.
As an Assistant or Senior in our Banking & Insurance practice, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to commercial banks, investment banks, insurance companies and other regulated financial institutions across the Nordics.
Your responsibilities will span the audit lifecycle, from planning and risk assessment to execution and reporting. Depending on your experience level, you will either contribute to defined audit areas with support from experienced colleagues or take broader ownership of workstreams, client interactions and the development of junior team members. Your work will focus on financial reporting, regulatory requirements, operational risks and emerging topics such as cybersecurity, data and digital transformation.
The position is based in our Copenhagen office. Your work will include time at client locations.
You will work in a collaborative environment where your voice is heard, your development is prioritised and your contributions influence how we serve our clients.
You hold a master's degree in accounting, auditing or a related field, or you are actively pursuing such a qualification.
What we're looking for
Even if you do not meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply if you believe you can contribute meaningfully to our team.
