Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day management of restaurant operations.; Supervise and support restaurant staff during shifts.; Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.; Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and service standards.; Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring.; Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees.; Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.; Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock orders.; Assist in managing cash handling, daily sales reports, and operational records.; Support the achievement of sales targets and cost control measures.; Handle opening and closing procedures as required.; Promote a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory or assistant management role.; Strong leadership and team management skills.; Excellent customer service and communication abilities.; Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.; Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
