Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations. This position will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts. The Assistant Manager will be expected to lead the store team members in servicing customers. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations; Manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts; Lead store team members in servicing customers; Supervise customer service levels on retail showroom; Assist in hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and participating in interviews; Perform all store opening/closing duties; Ensure buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner; Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed efficiently; Ensure merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store; Assist store manager in maintaining store building, parking lot, exterior signage/lighting, computer hardware, in-store service/test equipment, and delivery vehicles; All other duties as assigned

Requirements

Sales Specialist Training; Assistant Manager Certification; RSS Certification

Nice to have

Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification; Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
