Associate Director, Media Sales (NY, Publicis)

Responsibilities

Build relationships with media agencies and brands; Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and prospect database; Break new business and grow existing partnerships with advertisers; Work closely with the sales development team to engage prospects and generate meetings; Collaborate with the media strategy and client services teams on campaign planning and execution; Contribute to the company's marketing strategies and product development; Attend conferences and industry events; Mentor new hires and junior team members

Requirements

5+ years of experience and a proven track record in digital media sales; existing list of agency relationships; high level of integrity and professionalism; love entertaining, talking to, and meeting new people; natural overachiever who likes to set the bar high; self-starter, passionate about learning, and natural problem solver; strong organization skills and great attention to detail; prioritize well, display a sense of urgency, and meet deadlines; proven track record of strong performance, including breaking new business and exceeding quotas
