Associate, Integrated Commerce

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive player to drive our campaign success. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of performance marketing campaigns across various e-commerce and media platforms, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.

Responsibilities

Develop a strong understanding and hands-on execution of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Tiki) and media systems (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads); Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from setup and execution to optimization and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives; Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns by managing bidding, audience targeting, budget pacing, and conversion performance to drive traffic and sales; Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights, and create clear reports and dashboards to inform decision-making; Manage campaign budgets and timelines effectively, ensuring all deliverables are met with high quality and accuracy, especially during peak trading periods

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Media & Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing or a related digital media role; Proven expertise in setting up and optimizing campaigns on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop etc.) and off-platform advertising systems (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.); Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting; Highly organized, proactive, and responsible, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; A strong interest in e-commerce, a data-driven mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
