Associate Licensed Therapist

Ellie Mental Health Johns Creek is hiring Associate Licensed Therapists (LAPC, LMSW, AMFT, or license-eligible in Georgia) seeking high-quality supervision, steady referrals, and a clear, supported path to full licensure. Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy based on clinical experience and client needs; Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within our EHR system; Active participation in individual/group supervision and team consultation meetings; Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client goals; Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Georgia licensure requirements

Requirements

Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related mental health field; Associate licensure (LAPC, LMSW, AMFT) or immediate license eligibility in the state of Georgia; A strong desire to work toward full, independent licensure; Excellent communication, boundary-setting, and documentation skills; Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic group practice culture
