Associate Product Manager

The ideal candidate for an Associate Product Manager would be able to support the Senior Product Manager team across assigned halo categories, with responsibilities spanning product management support, pricing responsibilities, and analytics, tools & AI.

Responsibilities

Support the Senior Product Manager team across assigned halo categories throughout the product line life cycle; assist in maintaining product roadmaps and gathering voice of the customer; build and maintain competitive comparisons, product matrices, and specification data; develop into a product expert on assigned categories and support sales force and distribution network training; monitor the competitive landscape and share findings; serve as a key resource within Oracle ERP for product pricing data; partner with the Director of Pricing & Product Management on the Pricing Roadmap; identify gaps in pricing relative to the competitive set and margin leakage; use approved AI tools for competitive research, data summarization, and documentation; identify automation opportunities within pricing operations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, engineering, supply chain, or a related field; 0–3 years of professional experience in product management, pricing, finance, analytics, marketing, or sales support (relevant internship and co-op experience will be considered); working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfort learning ERP and quoting platforms; quantitative aptitude; attention to detail; curiosity and drive; presence and communication; appetite for AI

Nice to have

Oracle experience (preferred); AutoQuotes experience (preferred); actively interested in learning and applying AI tools such as Claude
