Associate Product Manager (US Cards)

Lendable is on a mission to build the world's best technology to help people get credit and save money. The role will cover post booking areas including payments, collections, credit limit increases, spend, and the mobile app. The team spans the London office, remote engineers in Europe, and the office in Arlington, Virginia, near DC, which the role will visit.

Responsibilities

Running experiments across the customer lifecycle, such as how and when to remind people to pay, what gets them to set up autopay, and how to gamify engagement; Working with credit risk and data science on how to apply models to new use cases and opportunities; Finding cheap, fast ways to test an idea (a manual process, an email, a script) with AI before committing engineering time to it; Gathering customer research to get truthful and unbiased reads; Building tools and automations with AI that save time for the user, the ops team and the wider business; Doing whatever it takes to get something live, including unblocking developers, socializing with legal and compliance, or writing the guide for the ops team

Requirements

1-4 years in product, strategy, analytics, consulting or operations, with some time spent working closely to product or execution teams to deliver value; Asks a lot of questions and is not satisfied until they understand why something is happening; Enjoys forming a hypothesis and finding the quickest way to test it, even if the first version is rough; Comfortable with data: can write SQL or Python and answer their own questions; Already using AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor or Codex in work or side projects, and wants to see how far they go; Happy to pick up the small jobs, as no job is too unworthy of attention in a lean product team; Likes days that look different from each other
