Associate Project Manager

We’re looking for an Associate Project Manager to support and drive project execution across multiple workstreams. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience who can manage smaller projects independently while supporting larger initiatives led by senior team members.

Responsibilities

Support end to end project delivery from kickoff through completion; Manage timelines, task tracking, and coordination across teams; Lead smaller projects or workstreams with minimal oversight; Provide status updates, reporting, and communication to stakeholders; Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when needed; Maintain project documentation and ensure deliverables stay on track; Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and drive follow ups

Requirements

2 to 5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or similar role; Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Clear and professional communication skills; Ability to work independently and stay accountable to deadlines; Experience with tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or MS Project; Basic understanding of Agile or Waterfall methodologies

Nice to have

Experience in consulting, IT, or public sector environments; Exposure to enterprise or client facing projects; CAPM certification or working toward PMP
