Assurance Senior Associate

CLA is currently seeking an Audit Senior to work with our team in Iowa. Locations include Cedar Rapids and Des Moines.

Responsibilities

Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service; Work closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures; Prepare all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and reportable condition correspondence letters; Assess the design and implementation of internal controls; Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers; Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery; Work with many great clients; Develop and maintain effective client relationships

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 2 years of relevant audit experience; Eligible to sit for CPA exam (preferred)
